12.01.09 Today our good friends and partners - BMB Blend Ltd., after complete and total reconstruction their website, launched a renovated web resource under a new domain name - bmbblend.bears.ua. All regular users of the site under old domain - bmbblend.com.ua will be automatically redirected to a new address. The born anew site is in testing mode for now since there are small jobs on some pages to finish and revealed after the test run bugs to eliminate. Its visual appearance now has totally changed - stylish and much promising resource. 31.12.08 On the verge of 2009 New Year day, 30/12/08, Bears Concern had summarized the results of the Achievements Fair, which was designed to highlight and to rank the individual progress and breakthroughs of each division as per 5-point score system.

BMB Margarine is proud to inform that its new product development (puff pastry margarine with 72% fat content) took the winner's place in the rating. Besides, some other achievements of our company got to the TOP 10 winners of the year, in particular the hitting 627 t/month value of production growth, implementation of a new sales system, modernization of fat recovery system.

We are pleased to realize that despite the tough economic period in life of businesses as well as of the whole country BMB Margarine managed to make one more step forward in its development.

In the late afternoon, on Tuesday 30.12.08, after a short official summary, there was held a real feast for all employees of the Concern. We promise to place pics of the party in the nearest time!

02.12.08. I have in mind to set up own restaurant!

It has become a good tradition for our partner company FOOD CENTRE, LLC to welcome to its master classes not only restaurant chefs, catering professionals, food industry process engineers, supermarket and fast food reps, but also those, who are on the way to qualify in food industry businesses - HoReCa trainees and university students.

Today, FOOD CENTRE hosted a master class for a group of Kyiv National Culture and Art University students, HoReCa and Tourism Business Faculty. The subject of the class was "Know-How Secrets and Hints for the Puff Pastry Products Based on Yeast Dough with the Use of Sweet Thermostable Fillings".

Prompt tasting of croissants and other puff pastry products with various fillings that followed the theoretical part of the class received high scores and storm of applause.
